The Office of Technology Development, in partnership with the TechConnect Summit at the NSTI Nanotechnology 2008 conference, is hosting a networking reception on Monday, June 2, 2008 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Harvard Club of Boston, 374 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.
The event will host industry leaders, investors and entrepreneurs in the nanotechnology, clean technology and bioengineering fields to provide insight into new approaches to partnering being pursued by Harvard University's Office of Technology Development. The event will feature remarks by Venkatesh "Venky" Narayanamurti, Dean of the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), who will describe his vision for the school and the next generation of partnering at SEAS. This event is by invitation only.

The Harvard Club of Boston is located a short walk away from the Hynes Convention Center at 374 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA (the corner of Commonwealth and Massachusetts Avenues).

Walking Directions:
From the Hynes Convention Center, exit to Boylston St.
Upon exiting, proceed left on Boylston St to Hereford St (Fire Department on corner).
Make a right at Hereford St and continue two blocks north to Commonwealth Ave.
Make a left at Commonwealth Ave, proceed one block and cross Massachusetts Ave to arrive at the Harvard Club.

The Office of Technology Development is hosting its 2nd Annual Life Science Networking Reception on Monday, June 30, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Harvard Club of Boston, 374 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.
This event will bring members of the biotech, pharma and VC community together with key Harvard faculty, Harvard senior leadership and members of OTD to reinforce existing business and scientific relationships and generate new partnership opportunities. This year's reception will feature Harvard Medical School Dean Jeffery Flier and Vertex Pharmaceuticals CEO, Joshua Boger.
