Reporting an Invention
If you think you may have made an invention or discovery that might have commercial potential, you should report it to OTD for further analysis. To submit a report, click here to enter our secured Report of Invention form (HUID/PIN required). The form will indicate all the pertinent information that OTD needs to evaluate your invention or discovery and determine whether patenting is appropriate.
