Public Transportation

Note: The E line is the most direct route to our Office, however for your convenience we provide you with directions from both the E and D public transportation lines.

Directions from Downtown

  1. Take a Green Line E train outbound.
  2. Disembark at the Longwood stop.
  3. Cross Huntington Avenue (to the right of the tracks) and Longwood Avenue. Proceed down Longwood Ave to the Quad at #200.

Directions from the D-Line

  1. Disembark at the Longwood stop. (Between Brookline Village and Fenway)
  2. Take a left on Chapel Street, up the short hill, and take a left onto Longwood Avenue.
  3. Proceed straight on Longwood for about ten minutes crossing both The Riverway and Brookline Avenue until you reach the block just after Children's Hospital, where the Harvard Medical School Quad will be on your right (at the intersection of Longwood and Louis Pasteur Avenue).
  4. OTD is located in the columned building at the head of the quad, Gordon Hall of Medicine, in suite 414.

Driving Directions

From Logan Airport

  1. Take Airport Road to Callahan Tunnel.
  2. Follow signs to 93N.
  3. From 93N, take first exit (Storrow Drive).
  4. Bear to the left on long, curving ramp, and take Storrow Drive heading towards Newton.
  5. Exit Storrow Drive left at Fenway (about 3 miles) and follow curve to Brookline Avenue.
  6. Proceed on Brookline Ave past Fenway Park (on right) through a large intersection (Park Drive), moving into left lane when Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital appears on your left.
  7. At next intersection, make a left onto Longwood Avenue
  8. If you are parking there are many garages to choose from on Longwood Avenue
  9. If you are traveling by taxi turn right on Binney St.
  10. Turn left on Shattuck Street. The entrance to Gordon Hall of Medicine (formerly Building A) is at 25 Shattuck Street. The security guard will direct you to our offices.

From the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90)

  1. Take I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike)to exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston).
  2. Bear right after toll booth at end of exit ramp. Turn right after lights (before the bridge) onto Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive (about one mile) to Kenmore Square exit.
  3. Bear right at end of exit ramp into Kenmore Square.
  4. Take leftmost fork at intersection onto Brookline Avenue.
  5. Follow Brookline Avenue approximately 2 miles (Beth Israel Hospital will be on left) and take a left onto Longwood avenue.
  6. If you are parking there are many garages to choose from on Longwood Avenue
  7. If you are traveling by taxi turn right on Binney St.
  8. Turn left on Shattuck Street. The entrance to Gordon Hall of Medicine (formerly Building A) is at 25 Shattuck Street. The security guard will direct you to our offices

Parking

If you are driving, plan to park in one of the many garages near the Medical School. There is no parking near the entrance to our building.
